About Me

I'm Maximiliano Torres, a software developer and consultant based in Southeast Asia. For over 8 years across Mexico, Thailand, China, and Laos, I've been building websites, apps, and tools for businesses - and I still get hands-on with the code myself.

I also work as a project manager for a technology company, developing, maintaining, and keeping an eye on software so nothing quietly breaks. Whether I'm building something new or looking after something that already exists, the goal is the same: software that works, in plain terms you don't need a tech background to understand.

That comes from working across the full stack - JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP/Laravel, Python/Django, and .NET - plus time teaching IT and Web Design at universities in China and Laos. I work directly with clients and remote teams, and I explain things the same simple way regardless of who I'm talking to.
